Descripción del empleo
- ** Execute customer acquisition-focused marketing strategy** to increase company revenue in different segments, using the global marketing strategy and adapting to the Colombian market.
- ** Create, lead and execute B2B marketing projects **with a high impact on growing company revenue - across different segments.
- Target the best channels and tactics to **build the network of prospects and customers.**:

- Create and execute **events and PR plans** to support elevating company revenue
- ** Lead and develop the team** of 3 high-performing individuals. through goal setting, execution and optimization in order to drive revenue.
- ** Cooperate closely with other commercial teams**, country leadership and the broader business, esp. Sales and Customer Success

**Requisitos**:

- Be **super hands on, “doer” attitude**, which means owning and doing own projects,** **while being able to lead and develop a young team.
- Experience in successful **execution of inbound marketing** (lead generation, performance marketing, customer marketing, content, PR) - with strong focus on new customer acquisition, preferably in a SaaS / B2B setting.
- Proven track record in **developing and executing B2B marketing strategy **(from defining strategy through to execution, measuring results and iteration), meeting ambitious revenue targets with significant growth.
- Ability to execute while managing budgets and maximizing ROI - **high**:

- Great **team** **leadership** and **strong entrepreneurial skills**, doer spirit with strategic acumen.
- Experience in building **successful cooperation with service providers, **e.g. call centers.
- Fluent **English** and **Spanish** to smoothly communicate in an international environment.
