Tareas

**Tus desafíos**:
Aumentar los ingresos a través de las ventas de la región.

Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración para establecer objetivos y prioridades que impulsen las ventas.

Apoyarás en el crecimiento del volumen de nuevos clientes, cerrando y desarrollando oportunidades.

Definirás la estrategia comercial para posicionar nuestro producto.

Mantendrás relaciones a largo plazo con clientes y tomadores de decisiones clave a través de conferencias y eventos.

Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de producto, transmitiendo las necesidades de los clientes para mejorar constantemente nuestro producto.

**Requisitos**:

\*\*Amplia experiência en ventas consultivas dirigidas a la alta dirección de bancos.

Profundo conocimiento del ecosistema bancario de la región y Latam.

Experiência en liderazgo, contratación y creación de una cultura desafiante y flexible.

Fuertes habilidades interpersonales orientadas a alcanzar resultados.

Orientación colaborativa y habilidades para trabajar en equipo.

Fluidez en inglés.
