**Your Role at Baxter**

Through operation management integral of the sterilization process and packaging of solutions, ensuring compliance with strategies and goals; aligning with quality and cost standards, under an improvement scheme continuous, innovation and adequate technological development, aligned with organizational objectives.

You will be directly involved in the physical production that enables Baxter to fulfill our mission and be responsible for the line between meeting production timelines and making quality products. As a manager, you are the trusted critical connection between the business and the workers on the floor.

**What you'll be doing**

**1.** Ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures; guarantee the development of the defined annual plan, and ensure the safety of employees in accordance with established policies.

**2**. Responsible and accountable for safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping (5S), scrap and delivery. Work with minimum supervision and predict, identify, and resolve problems

**3.** Guarantee customer loyalty by ensuring availability and quality of the product, as well as the timely response to requirements and complaints.

**4.** A strict action and execution in Human Resource roles. In those roles, there should be confirmed skills and proficiency in the following areas: ability to persuade and influence successfully at multiple levels of an organization, positive relationship and validated skills presenting efficiently. The ability to handle relationships through understanding of environment and needs is also encouraged in these HR roles.

**5.** Ensure compliance and trend analysis of performance indicators quality: FPQ, CPM's, Scrap, DPM's, Management QA, among others; manufacturing variations, expense control, and establish plans for achieving goals and improvement.

**6.** Lead and empower staff to participate in training programs operational excellence

**What you'll bring**

**1.** Professional graduated in Industrial Engineering, Production, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.

**2.** knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools
