Experiência
- Profesional, con experiência de al menos dos años liderando equipos en proyectos de desarrollo de software, experiência mínima de 5 años como desarrollador, titulación en Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines con desarrollo de software.
Conocimiento técnico
- Java, A nível de Backend, Java8, JavaEE, Spring,Servicios REST o SOAP, Programación orientada a objetos, Maven, JSF, Bootstrap, Primefaces, Javascript, CSS Conocimientos complementarios: Weblogic, Git o github, PLSQL, SCRUM
- Manejo y despliegue en servidor de aplicaciones: Conocimientos sobre EARS, Bonita, WAS(Web Aplication Server).
- Manejo de recursos JDBC, JNDI, JMS
- Conocimiento en servidores Linux, notación BPMN, aplicación Bonitasoft.
- Conocimiento básico en DevOps, control de versiones Subversion y Git.
- Conocimiento en base de datos relacionales, no relacionales y documentales.
- Conocimiento básicos: manejo de sentencias SQL, conocimiento en mallas workload (Ejecución, Desarrollo y mantenimiento).
**Aspectos generales**
Sobre el puesto
- Planear, diseñar, e implementar soluciones de software funcionales, en proyectos de alto impacto, con complejidad alta o media, requeridos para lograr la correcta evolución y transformación del Banco, según las prioridades estratégicas definidas. Para ello deberá entender las necesidades del negocio, Liderar proyectos, proponer iniciativas para resolver problemas.
- Desarrollar de manera eficiente las etapas de levantamiento, diseño, construcción y pruebas de los proyectos de desarrollo de software en los que participa.
- Responsable de mantener los lineamientos de las aplicaciones que tenga a cargo, aplicando buenas prácticas en desarrollo de software y gestión de proyectos.
- Mantener relación asertiva con las áreas de valor en el proceso de desarrollo de los proyectos acelerando las valoraciones, solucionando bloqueantes que puedan presentarse, participar comités internos, brindar soporte en temas relacionados con la experiência y especialidad.
