Job Requirements
**Objective**:
Attract, develop and retain young talent to meet future business needs in key positions across the Region.
**Description**:
- This program is a highly selective 12 months experience that will offer a combination of classroom and on-the-job training.
- The key is that the participants are all early in their career, have the interest and aptitude to be a future leaders as well as have a successful long career in Chubb.
- Identify SME´s / Leaders (High Potential & Critical) mainly in countries with more participation in Early Development Programs.
- The success for this program requires a strong partnership between the region and the countries.
- Participants will be hired in a specific country having an on-the-job training and specific assignment then they will be allocated across the region depending on the business needs.
- Approximately 10-15 spots for the 2020 class.
Work Experience
**Skills**:
**1.University/Master**: Engineering, Law, Economies, Actuary, IT savvy as prefer degrees.
2.Focused on results, with a balance between commercial and technical skills.
3.At least 1 year maximum.
**4.Bilingual**: English-Spanish or Portuguese-Spanish (English is highly important).
5.Preferably with multicultural experience (studies or work experience abroad).
6.Interest on starting an international career and open to mobility.
7.Learning agility.
8.Flexible on changing environments.
9.Self-motivated for seeking own development and for “doing more” -have initiative.
10. Analyzing situations and problem solving with an objective perspective.
