**Title**:IT- Trainee

**Location**:GSC BOG

Support the IT department in everything relevant to information systems, data management, ticket support, installation preventive and corrective maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical assistance to intern users, helping them to solve problems and answer questions.
- Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the team on software and/or IT infrastructure development projects.
- Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency and security of internal systems.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on configuration, procedures and changes.

**Skills / Requirements**:

- Active student of a technology program related to Information Technology IT.
- Approval of internship by SENA.
- Knowledge in operating systems (preferably Windows), networking, hardware and/or programming (JAVA, Python, C++).
- Experience with Office Software (Microsoft Office 365).
- Technical problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer Service.
