**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) platform, including integration with external systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers to develop and implement custom OMS solutions.
- Develop custom workflows and processes within the Salesforce OMS platform to support business requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other developers to ensure code quality and best practices are being followed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce OMS trends, technologies, and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce OMS development.
- Expertise in Salesforce OMS configuration and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce OMS workflows, processes, and order flows.
- Experience with integration tools, such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
- Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Salesforce Certified Order Management Designer or Salesforce Certified Order.
- Management Developer certifications are a plus.
