What are we looking for?_**
- **Professional **in in Finance, Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering and/or related fields.
- Minimum of **3 years of experience** in **structuring, evaluation **and **modeling **of** **investment projects, ideally in **infrastructure or energy sectors.**:

- **Advanced proficiency** in written and spoken **English**.
- **Advanced Excel **skills.
- **Specific expertise in** Financial Modeling, Project Structuring, Project Evaluation, Financial Assessment, Financial Analysis, and Company Valuation.

Your Main Responsibilities_**

As a **Project Finance Specialist**, your mission and challenge will be to provide **analysis and support **to the organization during the **project finance process**, collaborating with stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:_**
- ** Support project finance related activities**, including mergers, asset acquisitions, and financial modeling.
- Assist in documentation activities during **t**echnical, legal, financial, and legal **due diligence processes.**:

- **Assess the financial viability of projects**, identifying funding sources and assisting in structuring financial arrangements to support their implementation.
- **Prepare **and **present **financial documents and reports to investors and financial institutions when delegated.
