**Job Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager, to join our expanding Real Estate business in Colombia, to work on exciting real estate Projects, supporting the Project Management Team across the private sector.

Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects.

Act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- The Senior Project Manager will assume full responsibility for all assigned projects and ensure the project is delivered in accordance with site requirements adhering to the Capital Project Management Process (CPMP).
- Generation of key project management deliverables which cover project team structure and interaction plan, roles and responsibilities, overall project execution plan covering planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, health and safety plan, contract conditions and approach.
- Produce definitive estimates and schedules for all projects, establishing mechanisms and processes to ensure that subsequent cost, spend and schedule is managed within agreed budget and time limits.
- Working with Procurement to ensure that the appointment of contractors, subcontractors and vendors complies with any approved, competitive tendering procedures and within procurement standards.
- Prepare detailed resource plans for each project identifying both internal resources and external contract resources required to successfully deliver the project.
- Prepare and present regular cost reports identifying committed and forecast costs for the full lifecycle of the projects.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to site team.
- Lead the project team to deliver on the project objectives on schedule and within agreed budget.
- Projects are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently, on time and to budget
- Project delivery meets the client’s objectives and is in line with the conditions of appointment
- The project team is led effectively
- Strong relationships are developed with clients and members of the cross-functional team
- General line management responsibilities (where appropriate) are effectively discharged
- Business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross
- selling opportunities, are identified and acted upon
- The internal financial status of all projects is effectively monitored
- Key information and data is effectively cascaded and appropriately retained

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience developing expertise in Project Management, in a similar or related industry.
- Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Experienced in the following software packages: (Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Project management and technical leadership skills
- Budgetary control experience
- Project detailed scheduling experience
- Experience in equipment and service procurement including competitive bidding processes
- GMP experience (direct or in-direct) preferred
- Minimum English level: Advanced
