Position Summary
Encargado de dar soporte al departamento de Meeting & Events en temas contables y administrativos.
Principal Accountabilities
- Revisión y análisis de facturas de proveedores
- Validación de impuestos a facturas de proveedores
- Elaboración de facturas por servicios.
- Gestión de pago a proveedores
- Realizar cargos a la TC como establecimiento cuando se requiera.
- Elaboración de conciliaciones bancarias en SAP Comet para Human Health
- Elaboración de conciliaciones bancarias en SAP Atlas para Animal Health
- Verificación del estado de las tarjetas de crédito.
- Gestión documental
- Apoyar y hacer seguimiento al Meeting Planner en cierres de eventos.
- Validar el cierre de cada evento
- Análisis de información.
- Creación del negocio en el back office
- Validación de información en el sistema “Cvent “
- Parametrizar sistema OnArrival para listas de asistencia de los eventos
Critical Challenges
- Mantener una comunicación permanente con los Meeting Planners ante cualquier situación que pudiera generar retraso en los cierres de los eventos.
- Asegurar que todas las acciones que se lleven a cabo estén bajo las políticas, procedimientos, y reglamentos aplicables tanto de AMEX como de nuestros clientes.
- Realizar los procesos y lineamientos internos que ayuden a brindar un servicio oportuno y correcto tanto a clientes internos como externos.
- Fomentar relaciones positivas con los proveedores
- Resolver situaciones complejas de información
- Determinar las especificaciones y requisitos del Back office
Unique Knowledge & Skills
Escolaridad
Carrera técnica en turismo y/o administrativa
Conocimientos
- Experiência en trato con Clientes (internos y externos)
- Manejo de Office, Windows (Excel).
- Conocimiento de cuentas contables
- Experiência en conciliaciones bancarias
- Manejo de cartera
- Manejo Plataformas de Meetings (CVENT)
Habilidades
- Fuertes habilidades de análisis financiero, incluido el suministro de datos y la capacidad de sacar conclusiones y hacer recomendaciones.
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y capacidad de respuesta inmediata a solicitudes de clientes internos.
- Capacidad de administrar múltiples tareas simultáneamente
- Evaluar continuamente los procesos para determinar dónde se pueden hacer las mejoras
