**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, configures and maintains website(s) for internal and external communications for the company and/or for external customers and clients.
- Ensures website(s) is available to the desired audience with appropriate links and security.
- Develops, assesses and communicates website usage and security policies and procedures.
- Designs web page layout, graphics, color schemes and infrastructure to maintain a cohesive website based on the organization's communications strategies and goals.
- Researches and evaluates new related technologies.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in administrative areas.
- Fluent English level.
- 2 years of related experience customer-facing position, meeting planner or related.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player.
- Excellent organizational skills required with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Able to manage time and complete multiple projects independently and proactively.
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must exhibit a professional demeanor and be able to establish relationships.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and detail oriented.

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge and experience with HTML Design and Web Building Experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and influence people outside of direct reporting structure.
- Experience leading process improvements, change initiatives and other projects with demonstrated results.
- Experience interactively engaging and effectively working cross-functionally with sales teams, marketing, clinical, research, and quality
- Knowledge of Cvent Event Management.
- Experience with Workfront.
- Recognition for outstanding achievements and/or innovation in the areas of quality or customer satisfaction
