**Its products include various types of butterflies, gate, check, balancing and fire-fighting valves, hydrants, filters, gaskets, gauges, thermometers, etc., approved by global institutions such as FM, UL, CE, ABS, DNV, WRAS and others, and widely used in HVAC systems, water treatment, firefighting, marine and other fields.**

**About the position of MARKET RESEARCHER South America**:
**With experience of marketing and sales work in the valve industry, preferred in the fire protection and water treatment industries, advanced communication skills in English, based in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, or Argentina to support GALAXY expansion in the South America region.**
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Responsible for collecting market and brand information of the industries such as fire protection, heating, and ventilation (HVAC), data center, water treatment, etc.
- Competitors' analysis and assess, strategies, market positioning, strengths, weaknesses, and customer perceptions to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
- To participate in exhibitions regularly and report on exhibition results, customer visiting and information, etc.
- To work closely with sales team, providing customer information from exhibitions for sales team to follow up.
- Develop other tasks that require assistance to be solved locally.

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Advanced English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, to hold video meetings, develop reports, submit information and materials in English to the HQ and team members.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience of marketing and sales work in the valve industry, preferred in the fire protection and water treatment industries.
- Able to travel locally for short-term business trips in the South America.
- Education above college preferable in marketing, engineering or science and good verbal, written and presenting communication and interpersonal skills and analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently and with global teams.
