**A Day in the Life**
As an Advanced Analytics Program Manager, you will be joining a passionate and newly formed Data, Analytics and Insights group dedicated to delivering impactful business solutions at a leader in healthcare technology. You will translate website and advertising performance data into meaningful, consumer-driven insights with unmatched speed, scale, and relevance. In addition, you will manage performance across an integrated media landscape encompassing earned, owned and social media.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- The ideal analyst will have a passion for digital analytics, reporting and integrating multiple data sources to tell a story about how digital properties/web experiences and campaigns are performing and how they can be optimized.
- This role will require the set-up of test-and-learns, build reporting dashboards to support immediate needs, and educate partners to interpret results now/in the future.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- 3+ years of dedicated work in Adobe Analytics in a professional setting
- 4+ years supporting advertising campaigns
- 1+ years working with Adobe Launch
- Experience using Tableau or Power BI would be an asset but not required
- Ability in configuring Adobe Analytics report suites and analyzing Adobe analytics reports, dashboards, technical set up (i.e. eVars and props) and use of the Adobe Launch
- Demonstrated experience supporting digital analytics campaigns with performance analysis and support for optimization
- Experience building UTMs and tag management within an Adobe environment
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for specific efforts, with the ability to move fast and think strategically about report set-up and automation
- Conduct analytics assessments to understand current performance, uncover and quantify opportunities for digital experience improvement, and create audience intelligence
- Ability to clearly communicate performance drivers and write concise summaries to help teams understand the context behind the performance
- Experience testing, and troubleshooting code, and tag deployment to ensure data is being collected accurately
- Provide guidance on performance, with the ability to explain the “what” and “why” around campaign results
