- What you will be doing
- Under the supervision of the Operation Supervisor, is responsible to coordinate the cooperation between his/her work area with all other areas of the company such that the flow of information is always friction free, unfettered, and ensuring a positive comprehensive coordination. He/She is responsible to shipments management, planning and execution. Always he/she has to be committed to improving the customer satisfaction.
- Bajo la dirección del Supervisor de Operaciones, es responsable de coordinar la cooperación entre su área de trabajo con todos los demás áreas de la compañía de tal manera que el flujo de información sea siempre libre de fricciones, sin trabas, y se asegure una coordinación integral positiva. Es responsable de la gestión, panificación y ejecución de los envíos. Siempre debe estar comprometido en el mejoramiento de la satisfacción del cliente._

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fulfill all the position duties, such as:

To maintain shipments (exports/imports) at WorldStar and TMS.
_Mantener los envíos (exportaciones/ importaciones) en el sistema WorldStar y TMS._

To perform a route review, specifically regarding to the selection and combination of different kinds of transport (Airplanes, vehicles).
_Realizar una revisión de ruta, específicamente en lo que respecta a la selección y combinación de diferentes modelos de transporte (Aviones, vehículos,))._

To check shipments collected in the office, generating track national transit and prepares them for international transport. if it were the case

To book and forewarning shipments.

To monitoring shipments during transport and reacts flexibly to any deviation from the plan.

Frequently check over the World Star and TMS notes and manage the forewarned shipments.

To check the scheduled departure or arrival times of flights (Post Flight).

To check the internal debits and credits (Clearinghouse).

To work safely with all relevant regulations (IATA) as well as laws and ordinances.

To use and maintain the available technical tools (WorldStar, TMS, OpStar, Biostar, Organice, Flight Monitor).

To manage the current storage to the shipments, according to JOB instructions (packing materials, means of cooling, etc.).

To communicate with national and international stations of World Courier / Aerolink / agents.

To Build and maintain relationships with contractors and carriers (airlines, handling agents, customs, suppliers, etc.). (Construir y mantener relaciones con los contratistas y los transportistas
