As a **Project Management Coordinator**, you will support the Project Management team to develop and manage projects for pre-opening, wind-down, and flex use properties across our portfolio. You will work across both Pop-Up Hotels and Hospitality Living buildings. In this role, you will work closely with key internal stakeholders to support the complete lifecycle of each project.

- Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract- Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 to 5 EST.- Work setup: Hybrid, Medellin/Bogota
**What do you need to succeed?**
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience supporting complex projects or operational processes.
English Level:
- C1.
**Skills**:
- Experience using project management software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience working with internal and external audiences, adhering to budgets and deadlines, and a track record of achieving maximum productivity with mínimal waste.
- Some familiarity with building construction, multifamily apartments, and/or hospitality.
Attributes:

**What awaits you in this role?**
Organize and track:
- Project-related schedules, meetings, timelines, and details.
- Support scheduling meetings and onsite visits for internal and external stakeholders.
Build:
- Presentations and data visualizations to demonstrate project progress for internal and external audiences.
Support:
- Onsite installation and preparation efforts, working with the Property Support team to ensure all projects are completed on time.
- Placemakr’s Flex Operations teams, including Procurement, with special projects.
- Projects across the Placemakr portfolio, including Pop-Ups, Hospitality Living Buildings, and flex use projects with direct oversight of a Project Manager.
- Efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources across multiple projects.
Source and vet:
- New vendors for onsite project working, including physical building upgrades, signage, and other key operational initiatives.
- Vendors for onsite property work, including physical building upgrades, signage, and other key operations initiatives.
Build and maintain:
- Key project documentation, presentations, and file sharing systems both internally and externally.
- Documentation, project management systems, presentations, and data tracking and transfer systems for projects across our portfolio.
Demonstrate:
- Excellent communication and partnership skills, working with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
Understand:
- Basic elements of construction documentation and the interior design process.
Create:
- Data analysis tools and track metrics against KPIs and other project-related goals.
Ensure:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; enjoy managing multiple moving pieces and thrive in chaos and uncertainty.
