We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is passionate about the fitness industry and eager to drive change. This role is essential for our expansion in the US and Latin America, targeting gym owners and key decision-makers. As a bilingual professional, you will play a crucial role in reaching a diverse client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively **prospec**t and contact gym owners and decision-makers.
- Qualify potential clients and provide brief demos of Buzops software.
- Schedule appointments for the Account Executive team.
- Follow up with clients for referrals post-purchase.
- Work towards meeting or exceeding set targets (e.g., securing 10 appointments with a 70% show rate and 40% conversion rate).

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual). At least C1 english Level
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Comfortable with remote work and capable of self-management.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
