Cosa ti proponiamo:
All’interno della divisione Pubblica Amministrazione e Sanità, nell’area di mercato PAL, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Account Manager, che si occuperà di curare e sviluppare il business per il mercato di riferimento.

Quali saranno le tue attività e responsabilità?
- Identificare nuovi clienti potenziali e sviluppare nuove opportunità di business in linea con direttive aziendali
- Gestire il portafoglio cliente, fidelizzarli e curare la relazione con essi con l’obiettivo di monitorare la loro soddisfazione ed incrementare le vendite ed il fatturato
- Gestire le trattative commerciali fino alla loro conclusione in coerenza con i processi ed i tool aziendali di competenza alla direzione commerciale
- Gestire le fasi di risposta alle gare in uscita nell’area di riferimento
- Gestire i contratti attivi per l’area di riferimento
- Curare le partnership con i player di mercato nell’ottica di innalzamento della value proposition
- Costruzione di offerte integrate utilizzando e valorizzando il patrimonio servizi / prodotti disponibili
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi di budget assegnati

Qualifiche e Competenze richieste:

- Profilo con esperienza in ambito commerciale di almeno 3 anni
- Esperienza nel mercato di riferimento di almeno 5 anni
- Conoscenza lingua inglese
- Innate e comprovate attitudini commerciali, fortemente mirate al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Capacità di ascolto ed indirizzamento delle esigenze dei clienti del mercato PA
- Doti comunicative e di negoziazione in linea con i valori enunciati nel codice etico aziendale
- Disponibilità ad affrontare viaggi e trasferte
