NeuraFlash recently announced that we are expanding to Latin America As we take this exciting step, we are looking for a talented, driven, and innovative individual to take the lead in the growth of our Colombia-based team. As the Director of Architecture, your responsibilities will span across project delivery, team management, growth and mentorship, and business leadership in a fast-growing environment. This is a leadership role at NeuraFlash with exciting growth opportunities on the ground floor of expansion in a new global region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong capability and desire to work hands-on with customer engagements and play a Solution or Technical Architect role on projects
- Quickly build credibility with NeuraFlash customers by providing business consulting, best practices, leadership, and demonstrating a high level of operational and technical know-how
- Quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of the latest Salesforce features
- Ensure success of NeuraFlash's key customer engagements
- Work as a senior leader of our delivery teams, alongside senior project managers and solution architects, providing oversight and guidance on architecture best practices
- Assist with and lead architecture reviews across Salesforce implementations to ensure architecture adheres to best practices
- Mentor delivery teams, providing guidance and support to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards
- Manage a team of architects, consultants, and other roles in-region
- Own performance management for direct reports, including employee reviews, employee challenges, and regular 1:1 and team meetings
- Review and manage team's forecast, productivity, and utilization
- Ensure teammates are growing, learning, and contributing at a high level
- Optimize our delivery processes, assets, and artifacts by working alongside practice leaders and NeuraFlash's Delivery Excellence team
- Help the team in pre-sales, when required, to scope complex solutions and come up with proposals
- Contribute to NeuraFlash at a leadership level, be an advocate of our brand, and help NeuraFlash grow and scale

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of solution or technical architecture experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong background working as a Sr. SA or Sr. TA in a Salesforce consulting environment
- Excellent with customers and a strong project leader
- English fluency (speaking, writing, reading)
- Proven understanding of how consulting companies operate and how they succeed with GTM strategy, talent, delivery differentiators, delivery methodology, customer relationships, sales, and success
- Strong team management skills, with experience managing sizeable teams in a consulting environment
- Offers an entrepreneurial attitude
- Resilient when faced with adversity
- Exposure to company operations, working with HR, Finance, Legal, etc. in some capacity, and understands basics of these functions and how they operate within a consulting company
- Experience leading enterprise implementations in a customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of the cultural and business landscape in Latin America
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
- Ability to travel internationally
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field
