The Ecommerce Specialist specializing in the pharmaceutical industry, will need to possess a unique blend of skills and expertise in consumerization, commercial strategy, digital marketing, data analytics, and technology thinking. Ideally with strong focus on prescription drugs, committed to leveraging innovative solutions and cross-functional abilities to drive growth and success in the rapidly evolving online pharmaceutical landscape.

**Typical Accountabilities**
- Ensure excellent sales performance of e-commerce initiatives by coordinating commercial, trade and marketing teams to flawlessly implement the eCommerce strategy
- Develop the e-commerce strategy and tractical prioritization for AZ, in a close work with marketing, Digital & IT teams
- Build and expand new customers relationships for the ecommerce pharma ecosystem
- Provide visibility of potential eCommerce growth (actuals and forecating) in markets and area. Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals, cultivating standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, product listings.
- Analyse and improve the UI and UX in the ecommerce according to KIPs performance and digital behaviour.
- Perform a correct definition and modelling of business processes to design, execute, control, and analyse operational processes involving people, organizations and documents.
- Provide analysis and reporting on metrics, such as revenue performance and profitability of new initiatives
- Manage and build relevant external partnerships (i.e. Amazon, Vtex, MELI or Rappi) in the local Market
- Growth in eCommerce new business models (benchmark and trends).

**Skills and Experience**:
**Consumerization Expertise**: Deep understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry. By analyzing market data, employing user-centric strategies, and ensuring that the ecommerce platform is tailored to meet the needs and expectations of consumers in close collaboration with main business partners.

**Customer Experience Optimization**: prioritize the customer experience in the online journey. This includes ensuring a user-friendly interface, streamlined checkout process, personalized product recommendations, and responsive customer service. They should leverage customer feedback and data analytics to improve the online customer experience continuously.

**Data Analytics**: Proficient in data analytics and interpretation using data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, identify customer patterns, and make informed business decisions. By utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and data visualization software, uncovering actionable strategies to enhance the ecommerce platform's performance.

**Technology Thinking**: possess a strong aptitude for technology and innovation, staying updated on the latest advancements and emerging trends in ecommerce, pharmaceutical software solutions, and data management. This enables identifying opportunities for process automation, implementing new technologies, and streamlining operations for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Cross-Functional Abilities**: Highest cross-functional collaboration abilities working with multiple teams such as Commercial, Business Units, IT, and Regulatory, Medical and Legal to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce operations. driving alignment and achieving organizational goals by fostering effective communication and teamwork.

**Project Management**: E-commerce specialist should possess project management skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams with focus in Lean startup methodologies

**Bilingual Proficiency**: Fluent in both English and Spanish, strong language skills that enable effective communication with a diverse customer base and facilitate expansion efforts.

**Education, Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree required on Business administration, Marketing, or similar
