Empresa del sector tecnológico se encuentra en la búsqueda de un **Customer Service Junior** proactivo y orientado al cliente para unirse al equipo. Esta persona será responsable de brindar soporte a los clientes, resolver dudas y gestionar solicitudes para asegurar una experiência positiva y profesional en cada interacción.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Gestionar consultas de clientes a través de diversos canales (teléfono, correo electrónico, chat), proporcionando respuestas rápidas, precisas y orientadas a resolver de manera efectiva las dudas más frecuentes.
- Identificar situaciones complejas que requieran la intervención de un equipo especializado y coordinar su atención siguiendo los protocolos establecidos por la empresa.
- Mantener un conocimiento actualizado sobre productos, servicios, políticas y procedimientos de atención al cliente, garantizando una asesoría informada y confiable.
- Proporcionar formación a los clientes sobre el uso adecuado de la plataforma, abordando sus dudas y asegurando que comprendan todas las funcionalidades y ventajas que la plataforma ofrece.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência de 2 a 3 años en roles de servicio al cliente, preferentemente en el sector digital.
- Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita claras y efectivas.
- Perfil proactivo y empático, con fuertes habilidades de relación y orientación al cliente.
**Condiciones laborales**:
- Contrato a término indefinido.
