Sobre ti

Formación académica
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines al Desarrollo de Software.

Años y experiência requerida
- 2+ años de experiência en Desarrollo de Software.

Conocimientos
- Aplicativos Distribuidos (Java, JavaScript).
- Cobol (Batch, Online).
- Control-M.
- TSO.
- SQL: DB2, Oracle.
- Desarrollo de Mallas Workload.
- Metodologías Ágiles (Scrum).

Conocimientos Deseables
- Aplicativos Altamira del Banco: Contabilidad, Conciliación, Préstamos, Cuentas Personales, Medios de Pago
- HTML5.
- Web Services (SOAP, REST).

**Aspectos generales**

Sobre el área
- BBVA es una Multinacional sólida con casa matriz en España y sede en varias geografías. En Colombia, en el Área de Ingeniería y dentro de la Dirección de Systems, está ubicado el Equipo de Core Functions, quienes se encargan de todo lo referente a Proyectos de Desarrollo de Software para los dominios de Finanzas, Riesgos y Cumplimiento Normativo desde el ámbito Normativo y Corporativo.
- El equipo se encarga de apoyar el desarrollo de requerimientos emitidos desde la Súper Financiera de Colombia de manera colaborativa con las áreas de Finanzas, Riesgos, Cumplimiento Normativo, Certificación y PMO, entre otras áreas de la organización.

Sobre el puesto

Misión del cargo
- Te encargarás de planear, diseñar y desarrollar adecuadamente los proyectos de alto y medio impacto, con complejidad alta o media, requeridos para lograr la correcta evolución y transformación de Banco, según las prioridades estratégicas definidas.
- Para ello deberás entender las necesidades del negocio, proponer iniciativas, identificar los recursos requeridos para los proyectos y garantizar el logro de los objetivos de los mismos.

Proyecto a Participar
- Apoyarás en el manejo del Aplicativo _Controller View_, el cuál se encarga de generar los formatos para la Superfinanciera de Colombia.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Apoyarás en la supervisión del cumplimiento de los estándares que la disciplina ha trazado en término de mejores prácticas para el Desarrollo de Software tanto en el ámbito general como en el específico de las aplicaciones que tengas a cargo.
- Asegurarás que durante la ejecución de tus proyectos se utilice de manera activa las Metodologías establecidas por BBVA, participando proactivamente en todas las ceremonias definidas para tal fin.
- Mantendrás una cercana y asertiva relación con las áreas de valor a lo largo de todo el proceso de Desarrollo de Proyectos, acelerando las valoraciones, reduciendo fricciones y eliminando barreras que puedan presentarse.
- Mantendrás las interacciones con el resto de Building Blocks con aras de asegurar los objetivos de disponibilidad y rendimiento de las aplicaciones a tu cargo
- Participarás en Comités Internos.
- Brindarás formación, soporte y asesoría a los equipos en temas relacionados con tu experiência y especialidad.
- Planificarás, diseñarás y desarrollarás adecuadamente los proyectos a cargo, garantizando la ejecución en tiempo y presupuesto y asegurando la consecución de las métricas de éxito establecidas en cada caso.
- Conocerás y cumplirás las Normas, Políticas y Procedimientos establecidos por la Ley, el Grupo BBVA y el Banco para el desarrollo de tu función como: Reglamento Interno de Trabajo, Reglamento Higiene y Seguridad Industrial, Código de Conduct
