Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant/Recruiter, based in Latin America.

**Overview**:
In this role, you'll be at the heart of the action, serving as the bridge between our company and exciting SaaS and Tech startups in their journey of growth. Your days will be filled with diverse challenges, from supporting our internal operations to collaborating with groundbreaking startups eager to build exceptional teams..

**Executive Assistant Responsibilities May Include**:

- **Calendar** **Management**: Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls for the CEO, ensuring effective management of their schedule and travel arrangements.
- **Support the CEO in Account Management**: primarily regarding nurturing sales leads.
- **Sales Strategy Sessions**: Review the CEO’s sales dashboard weekly to identify how to engage with prospects and increase revenue.
- **Maintaining Sales Pipeline**: Act as a point of contact for prospects, handling inquiries and requests, and forwarding them to the appropriate sales executive.
- **Meeting Support**: Assist in following up on action items. Do post-meeting follow-ups ensuring all pricing proposals, sales materials, and decks are sent to the prospect and modified as needed.
- **Social Media Support**: Assist the CEO in engaging with prospects on his personal social media account.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and other records as required.
- **Project Support**: Help the CEO with special projects such as data analysis and event planning, coordinating teams, and monitoring project progress.
- **Research**: Research specific topics, markets, or competitors to provide relevant information to the CEO.
- Recruiter experience is a plus.

**Qualifications**
- 1-3+ years of executive assistant experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- MUST be proactive - you don’t wait for orders and can act independently in the best interest of the company.
- **Sales enablement experience. (More on this below)**:

- **Mindset**: A young and dynamic professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to embrace the startup culture.
- Speak very good English with a minimum of C1 level and speak English on a regular basis.
- You must be a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in your role.
- Are excited to work in a startup environment; you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
- **Sales Enablement refers to**:_
- _**Document Development**:_ _Creating compelling sales brochures, presentations, etc, to help communicate the value and benefits of the products or services._
- _**Proposal and Agreement Support**:_ _Assisting in the creation and delivery of Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, agreements, contracts, etc._

**Salary**: $3,200,000 - $4,000,000 per month
