**Point Sales Support Lead Barranquilla**
Desarrollar la gestión comercial de los puntos de venta de la mano de los lineamientos definidos con el Ejecutivo de cuenta garantizando la ejecución de la estrategia de la compañía en el canal de Tiendas.
**Acerca del rol**:
Lidera la gestión comercial, enfocado hacia la ejecución en campo, gestionando los fundamentales de la venta tales como: Distribución Numérica, activación, efectividad, penetración de Portafolio, Referencias Claves, devoluciones, Seguimiento a los Presupuesto del vendedor, Ejecución y Visibilidad en los Puntos de ventas en el canal y zona asignada.
**Qué harás**:
- Definir el plan de trabajo comercial y hacer seguimiento a su gestión.
- Acompañar en campo la fuerza de ventas tercerizadas, identificando fortalezas y oportunidades de mejora, capacitación a la fuerza de ventas, realización diaria de punto de encuentros, manejo de objeciones con el objetivo de garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de gestión.
- Seguimiento al comportamiento de los indicadores de la venta del equipo.
- Presentación del Portafolio objetivo por Cluster del PDV- Manejo y colocación POP en el PDV.
- Seguimiento al presupuesto asignado.
- Seguimiento a activaciones productos claves.
- Seguimiento actividades puntuales.
- Entrega de informes en gestión punto de venta.
**A quien buscamos**:
- Un tecnólogo o profesional en carreras administrativas, con interés en seguir creciendo y desarrollándose profesional y académicamente.
- Con una experiência mínima de dos (2) años en compañías de consumo masivo, en el manejo del canal Tradicional
- Conocimiento y experiência de la zona: Atlántica
- Habituado a la presentación de informes y análisis de información para generar seguimiento a los indicadores.
- Manejo de Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, gráficos).
- Deseable que cuente con un medio de transporte (moto o vehículo).
