Job Title:
Health & Safety Supervisor for ENCORE

**Job Description**:
Supervision and support the implementation and maintenance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Environmental Management in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the ENCORE entity

**Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of activities for Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management System (HSE).
- Execute the activities that structure the HSE management system.
- Make reports corresponding to the implementation of the activities of the safety management system, Occupational Health and Safety and environmental management.
- Ensure that the Occupational Health Safety and environmental management system is properly implemented and that the requirements are met in all the organization's headquarters.
- Track HSEQ staff activities Follow up on the annual HSE Plan Make updates of the emergency plans of the headquarters Execute and monitor the training plan established for the organization Update the hazard identification matrix as required, determine controls and monitor them.
- Carry out the HSE reports requested by the coordination Follow up on the inspection program Keep statistics (accidents, training, inspections) and HSE indicators Support accident investigations, near misses that occur Fulfill the other functions related to the position and that the HSE coordination entrusts to him.
- Manage all the information related to EHS indicators, accidents, incidents, frequency rates, etc. and the pending Provide technical and logístical support with everything related to the implementation of SGSST, that is, coordinate resources in the field, schedule meetings and report the progress of the implementation Provide technical and logístical support with the design of PESV and the company's Environmental Plan Coordinate the supports of the ARL service, physiotherapist, speech therapist, psychologist, etc., managing the available hours and the requirements of all the accounts in all the sites Manage physical resources (inventory, status, expiration, requirements, quotes, etc.) of first-aid kits, emergency items, brigade items, etc. of each building Manage the training calendars of brigades, safety and health at work, etc.
- Manage documentation review processes for authorizations for the entry of personnel to the sites Manage CV19 indicators and present follow-ups of case investigations, etc.
- 1 year of experience as Health Management, Occupational Safety and Environmental Management.
- License in Occupational Health and Safety.
- 50-hour course in Occupational Health and Safety Management.
- Advanced course in technical work and height support in civil construction.
- Knowledge/experience in environmental management.
