**Title**: Specialist CDZ & Programs

**Location**: GSC BOG

The ISF filling team is in charge of fill the ISF in the US customs system for all shipments coming to the US (import) from any origin with a high grade of detail and working together as one team with CAE station in order to comply with internal and external KPIs

**Key Responsibilities***:

- Serve as the Single point of contact for the CAE team receiving new instructions, implementing new customers and centralizing different complains received
- In charge of the continuous improvement of the ISF filing team supporting the Team Leader in the analysis and implementation phase
- In charge of the center KPIs and internal metrics in order to identify improvement opportunities and in a proactive way get to the resolution
- Participates in the weekly meeting with the BP coming with the feedback regarding daily reports

**Skills / Requirements***:

- Minimum of 2-3 year in Logistics.
- Good communication in English B2 (verbal and written).
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Teamwork and autonomy
- Employees who have been in the organization for 12 months or in their current role
- Employees that are not in transition projects

**Relevant information***:

- Salary: $2.618.000
- Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.
- Performance bonus from 7% to 13% of salary ($183.260- $340.340max)
- Food Allowance: $95.564
