**Title**: Specialist CDZ

**Location**: GSC BOG

Support customs Operation offices for both CAE and MLI stations in the United States through the audit and follow up of files making the respective Update and Validation of the information its OFR Imports in Kewill ISF system using either documents shipment at EDM/IBM platforms, Logis/CW1 and Customs Management (CM) and platforms to validate the information, this in order to send such information one CBP for transmission avoiding late filing and penalty fees and getting the match between ISF transmission and AMS.

**Key Responsibilities***:

- Audit documents and verify if the information is correct to fill ISF for US OFRI.
- Update the sailing and arrival dates according with the shipping line tracker
- Fill ISF for US OFRI when needed.
- Continuous communication with origin stations, customers and another forwarders
- Support transition activities and provide operational excellence for CAE & MLI offices

**Skills / Requirements***:

- Minimum of 1-2 year in Logistics.
- Good communication in English (verbal and written).
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Teamwork and autonomy.

**Relevant information***:

- Salary: $ 2.167.000
- Type of Contract: Indefinite - Directly with DHL Colombia.
- Performance bonus from 7% to 13% of salary ($151.690- $281.710max)
- Food Allowance: $95.564
