En **Credicorp Capital **buscamos Talento Excepcional para ocupar la posición de **Analista de Operaciones **para apoyar y hacer crecer nuestro equipo. Las responsabilidades incluyen, entre otras:
- Atender oportunamente solicitudes de clientes.
- Mantener actualizados los manuales y el material que se comparte con el cliente.
- Gestionar las novedades que vayan surgiendo con BCPG, o con IBKR, oportunamente, apoyándose en el equipo de soporte.
- Capacitaciones.
- Manejar reportes internaos de estadísticas.
**Requisitos**:
Profesional en administración de empresas, finanzas o negocios.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
**Experiência**:
Dos (02) años desempeñando cargos afines, experiência en back office y/o servicio al cliente en entidades financieras, preferiblemente comisionista de bolsa.
**Conocimientos**:
- Nível intermedio - avanzado de Excel.
- Power BI.
- Deseable nível intermedio de inglés.
