**Responsibilities**
- Preparation and Filing of Necessary Documents_
- Prepare and file the Articles of Incorporation with the Utah Division of Corporations and Commercial Code
- Obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS
- Compliance with State and Federal Regulations_
- Ensure compliance with Utah's specific S Corp requirements
- Understand and adhere to IRS regulations for S Corporations

**Requirements**:

- Technical Skills_
- A minimum of five years of experience in business formation, particularly with setting up S Corporations
- Extensive knowledge of Utah's business laws and regulations
- Experience with IRS tax requirements for S Corporations
- Proficiency in using business formation software and online filing systems
- Soft Skills_
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with state and federal agencies
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document preparation and filing
- Outstanding organizational skills to manage the various stages of the setup process
