Sworkz is currently hiring Bilingual logistics professionals to become part of their growing team.

Track and trace coordinators are responsible for much more than simply tracking freight movements. They perform a wide range of essential tasks, including:
Tracking and tracing freight movements from origin to destination, ensuring that every shipment arrives on time and in good condition.

Facilitating effective communication among all parties involved in the transportation process, including carriers, drivers, and customers.

Clarifying load requirements with carriers, ensuring that drivers have all the information they need to complete pickups and deliveries.

Managing and coordinating multiple shipments across various modes of transportation, including trucks, vessels, trains, and aircraft. Coordinators can provide real-time updates on the location and estimated time of arrival of each shipment.

Building strong and lasting relationships with carriers based on trust, accountability, and reliability.

Maintaining and updating the information provided by carriers to internal and external clients, ensuring that everyone has access to the most current and accurate data.

Staying up-to-date with the latest tracking methods and technologies to maximize efficiency and accuracy.

Providing feedback on load board priorities and other efficiencies to help maximize productivity.

Handling client issues according to established procedures or escalating them when necessary.

Providing backup support to other departments or team members as needed, ensuring that the transportation process runs smoothly from start to finish.
