Job Description:
Diageo is a global beverage alcohol company with leadership in premium spirits around the world, with over 200 brands, like of Guinness, Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker, Tanqueray. Sold in 180 countries. In Colombia has been stablished over the last 20 years offering a wide collection of premium drinks including Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Smirnoff, Old Parr, Buchanan’s, Don Julio, and many others.
- Old Parr is the 2nd biggest brand in the market, accountable for around 30 million NSV and an A&P of reinvestment rate over 20%. The purpose for this role is to guarantee its sustainable growth with a strong and healthy brand equity to ensure a relevant and connected brand with consumers and Colombian culture.

KPIs
- Accountable for Brand strategy in the market.
- Accountable for Brand’s P&L in market
- Local Share / Volume / Gross Margin expansion / Trading Profit
- Local Brand Equity
- Accountable for Marketing spend effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

- Bachelor’s degree qualifications preferred in Business, Marketing, Publicity or Engineering discipline.
- Bilingual (Spanish - English).
- +10 years of marketing experience, including proven experience in Brand Manager in CPG companies.
- Proven experience creating and implementing successful marketing strategies that build impactful consumer connections and drive exponential growth.
- Proven experience in ensuring brilliant executions, events and sales engagement.
- Skilled at engaging agencies and cross functional team members and influencing them to deliver successful outcomes.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
- Well-grounded commercial understanding
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in Digital and influencer marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capability.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, resilient and curiosity spirit.
- Outcome driven oriented person.
