**What You Can Expect**:
Responsible for the coordination of supplier quality assessments and gatekeeper processes.. This includes entry, manipulation, retrieval, and communication of supplier assessment content according to corporate and site-specific procedures as applicable. Fosters positive relationships with suppliers and supports functional areas to resolve process issues and drive continuous improvement. Must be committed to corporate goals of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

**How You'll Create Impact**:

- Adheres to all corporate and site-specific procedures.
- Creates, documents and coordinates the supplier assessment records and corresponding tasks within dedicated software tools.
- Escalates immediately potential critical issues to management to help resolve any issues timely.
- Performs and document follow up as required to obtain necessary information from suppliers and other Zimmer Biomet functions.
- Ensures that supplier assessment documentation is complete, comprehensible, and conforms with applicable procedures.
- Ensures compliance within appropriate time limits as determined by procedure.
- Proactively communicates process improvement opportunities to management.

**Your Background**:

- Bachelors Degree in engineering, life sciences or equivalent.
- Experience in an Industrial/Medical Environment preferred; medical knowledge an advantage
- Experience between 1 to 3 years working in quality roles supporting suppliers operations.
- Must have: English fluent verbal and written.
