**El Rol**:
Asegurar la ejecución fluida de las operaciones diarias de los equipos de producción de ORBIDI (productos marketing digital), mediante la creación, optimización y supervisión de flujos de trabajo para los procesosos que impactan el departamento de producción. En paralelo buscar eficiencias operativas y sincronizar de manera efectiva los equipos y procesos a cargo, resolviendo proactivamente cualquier obstáculo que surja en el camino.
**¿Cuál será tu misión?**
- Definición ,documentación e Implementación de Procesos, Políticas y Procedimientos que apoyen la ejecución del día a día.
- Identificar y Liderar Iniciativas/Proyectos de mejora que impacten los procesos de negocio a cargo, asegurando la efectividad de los planes establecidos.
- Medir, Analizar y Hacer seguimiento Datos/KPIs de Operación del Negocio alineados al cumplimiento de Objetivos de la compañía (OKR, Retos, etc), derivando acciones de mejora según resultados.
- Resolución de Solicitudes escaladas al equipo de operaciones (apoyo en IT cuando se requiera) que impacte herramientas, integraciones o datos, de los procesos a cargo.
- Buscar sinergias y trabajar en equipo con los demás frentes del área en busca de la mejora continua.
- Gestionar la configuración y personalización de las distintas herramientas de trabajo para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio y asegurarse de que el sistema esté optimizado para la eficiencia operativa (Principalmente Clickup asegurando su buen uso : Ajustes, Control de Cambios, Mejoras, Accesos, etc.)
- Identificar y recomendar nuevas herramientas y tecnologías que puedan mejorar la eficiencia y el rendimiento del equipo.
- Trabajar en planes de mejora en base a los hallazgos identificados (Encuestas de Satisfacción CSAT-NPS, Calidad de Entregables, Adherencia al Proceso)
- Levantar alertas a la operación sobre la gestión de incidencias, requisitos y calidad para mejorar la eficacia de la solución
- Brindar capacitación o refuerzo sobre procesos y mejores prácticas.
**Lo que te hará triunfar**:
- Profesional en Ingeniería de sistemas, industrial, telecomunicaciones o carreras a fines al cargo.
- Experiência de 2 años o más en Gestión de Operaciones de Servicios similares.
- Experiência en Entornos Startups
- Mejora de procesos / Mejora de servicios/KPIS/ Analisis de Datos y Métricas
- Sistemas de Gestión, Documentación y Normalización
- Conocimiento de Herramientas de Proyectos, especialmente Clickup, u otras herramientas que apoyen en metodologías agiles
- Habilidades avanzadas de Excel
- Preferiblemente Conocimiento de Metodologías Agiles
