En Publicis Groupe Bogotá_ Colombia, estamos en la búsqueda de un **CX STRATEGIST LEAD, **con experiência superior a 3 años, en el mismo rol en la industria de Publicidad y Mercadeo. Profesional en comunicaciones, publicidad, mercadeo, planeación estratégica, administración de empresas, sociología o afines.

Liderará la exploración e investigación del comportamiento humano, analizando diversas fuentes de datos, identificando insights accionables para generar recomendaciones estratégicas y soluciones innovadoras que detonen el crecimiento del negocio. Diseñará ecosistemas flexibles y personalizados para las marcas activando todo el funnel de conversión y ayudamos a conectar a diferentes stakeholders (internos y externos) en la articulación de diferentes soluciones de negocio.

**Requisitos**
- Tener pensamiento crítico y analítico para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y soluciones a los problemas de negocio del cliente.
- Tener habilidades de investigación y capacidad para interpretar datos cualitativos y cuantitativos.
- Participar en talleres estratégicos/creativos.
- Mantenerse al día en las principales tendencias de la industria, los medios, commerce, recolección y activación de data y tecnologías emergentes.
- Tener un espíritu colaborativo y de integración que te permita trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Traer un pensamiento disruptivo, explorar los briefs desde diferentes ángulos para encontrar soluciones innovadoras.
- Comunicar la estrategia a través de un discurso claro, convincente, atractivo e inspirador que invite a la acción, en el que la capacidad de síntesis es altamente valorada.
- Diseñar ecosistemas conectados integrando medios propios, pagos, compartidos y ganados.
- Trabajar de cerca con equipos de digital, data análisis, data collection, commerce y creatividad para Orquestar estrategias E2E que inspiren experiências de consumidor más relevantes, dinámicas, innovadores y eficientes.
- Ofrecer recomendaciones y lineamientos estratégicos a los equipos creativos para asegurar que los contenidos sean acordes a los formatos establecidos.
- Trabajar junto al equipo Digital y de Data para traducir Buyer personas en audiencias de media, evaluando su potencial para cada fase del journey
- Trabajar junto al equipo Digital y de Data para desarrollar testing frameworks para medir el desempeño de las audiencias, los mensajes y los formatos en las diferentes fases del funnel.
