To meet this challenge head-on, we need a Billing Manager who is not just adept at managing numbers but can also strategically guide our financial operations during this critical growth period.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Billing Operations: You’ll be the helm of our billing, receivables, and payables working closely with our Chief Financial Officer and Billing Specialist
- Maintain Confidentiality and Accuracy: Your discretion and keen eye for detail will ensure client information is always secure and billing is spot-on
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure we’re always aligned with legal and financial standards
- Calling clients to discuss payments owed to the firm. Ensuring that data input in our practice management software is impeccable

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA is a plus)
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a legal setting
- Mastery over legal billing software
- A strategic thinker who’s also a doer
