Esp Shop Leader

ChampionX has an immediate need for a **ESP Workshop Leader **located in **Bogota, Colombia**. The ESP Shop Leader is responsible for the Supervising the design, executions, commissioning and operation process of the ESP Shop to assure the technical requirements to the customers assure and profitable goals. Knowledge of operation of the different brands of ESP & HPS equipment with experience in parts recovery of all ESP equipment and handling of recovered parts.

**What You Will Do**:

- Ensure that the facilities and systems were designed and set up in accordance with the engineering documents.
- Supervise that the electrical, mechanical, and instrumentalist systems, met the technical and quality guidelines.
- Ensure ESP shop development is according to budget and follows quality criteria.
- Plan and execute the necessary actions prior to the start-up process, including the supervision of the necessary adjustments.
- Participate in the selection and training process, of the professional’s team, to ensure the successful development of the ESP shop's objective.
- Ensure compliance with financial and customer satisfaction objectives for the services provided by the ESP Shop.
- Participate in failure analysis and implementation of improvement actions when quality deviations are identified.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Basic Project Management knowledge
