- Profesional en ingeniería de sistemas o carreras afines al cargo.
- Cinco (5) años de experiência mínima** liderando una unidad de soporte SAP.**:

- Conocimientos aplicables en** herramientas de ticketing y manejo de SLAs.**:

- Certificación PMP o ITIL
- Contar con Tarjeta profesional.
