**This job opportunity is for you** We are looking for a lawyer with experience in corporate law to bring passion and new ideas and participate in the analysis of the organization’s legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

**Mission**

As a part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Legal Analyst who will participate with Tiendamia's Legal Counsels in the analysis of the organization’s legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. She/He will conduct legal research, gather evidence, and make recommendations concerning different legal matters, such as Corporate, Commercial, Consumer and Intellectual Property Law, Customs and Global Trade regulations, etc, focused on internal policy compliances, risk mitigation and contract execution.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Stay updated with changes in applicable laws and regulations;
- Conduct legal research and investigation of complaints and legal claims;
- Draft, review and secure contracts and other legal documents;
- Draft and revise internal policies and programs;
- Track and maintain a repository of legal documents, brand registries and processes;
- Prepare presentations turning complex legal concepts into easy-to-understand pieces of information;
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

**Required Qualifications**
- Law degree;
- 1+ year of experience as corporate lawyer;
- Confident communicator, strong organizational and time management skills;
- Advanced level of English is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or GSuite;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
- Detail-oriented and excellent multitasking skills
