**What the day will look like**
- Transactional management of claims: receipt of notices of claims and circumstances, review of these to request additional information and sending to related reinsurance markets, follow-up to market comments, appointment of the adjuster and other requirements formulated by insurers and / or markets, request for creation of claims in AON systems, Update of reserves and / or other changes of the claim, creation of collections and follow-up to the payment by the markets and confirmation to the assigning insurer. Review, submission and management of claims payment by borderó.
- Advocacy management of claims: Attention to inquiries from the markets / assignor / insured on the coverage applied to a specific claim or in general, review reports of the adjuster to conceptualize if technically if its content is correct, accompaniment in visits of adjuster and reinsurers, review documents to present and support the occurrence and amount of the loss and suggestion of adjustments, Support in the preparation of the same, review confirmations of coverage or objections and issuance of concept in this regard.
- Attention to technical queries about coverage or loss, give training or training to direct customers, assignors, internal teams and colleagues of AON.
- Interaction with regional and London reinsurers, adjusters, insurers, law firms and/or experts hired for private claims management, large policyholders, Aon reinsurance and retail colleagues.
- Attention to internal audits related to the claims managed or the claims and implementation process

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience: 6 years in insurance/reinsurance and claims management.
- Technical Knowledge: Direct handling of claims as a broker, insurer, adjuster, or client, with experience in claims in the energy industry.
- Studies and/or specialties: Engineering, mechanical, chemical, civil, industrial or related, with specialization in risks and / or insurance, projects or specialization in technical topics that may support their knowledge for the attention of claims.
- Languages: Intermediate English
- Technological Tools: office tools, especially Excel and would be an advantage training in data analytics, and Power BI
