As Senior S&O Manager on the Customer Experience team you’ll lead the strategy and execution of the improvement of the users´ experience. As part of this strategy you’ll bring a user-centric mindset and an ability to get to the lowest level of detail in a complex, multi-channel world, with the opportunity to collaborate with other teams. You will work with a diverse team of product managers, developers, researchers, content strategists, and more, to deliver industry-leading experiences that help users be more satisfied and loyal with Rappi app. All in all, we’re looking for leaders who thrive on crafting a world-class user experience, driving impact, moving fast and scaling 0-to-1 opportunities.- Voice of the Customer: Act as the primary advocate for customers, drivers, and merchants in product discussions. Incorporate user feedback into product strategy and prioritize features that improve customer satisfaction.- Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of internal tools for customer service agents and personal assistants, ensuring they have access to top-tier information and resources. Own the product strategy and vision, define the product roadmap and alignment, and help drive your team through the execution. Work with other product teams (e.g. Customer, Fulfillment, Operations) to improve core product to reduce contacts- Efficiency and Automation: Expand the use of chatbots and automated responses to enhance efficiency through virtual agents. Focus on automating most customer journey touchpoints while simultaneously crafting an exceptional escalation system. Continuously improve efficiency of agents through training and providing them state of the art information.- Proactive Response Mechanisms: Design proactive response strategies such as real-time updates and compensations for delayed orders.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other product teams to champion customer experience improvements across the platform.
Bien y ahora, ¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?- You have 8+ years of work experience in strategy / business development / operations / technology / banking / consulting or related experience; high-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus- You excel in complex problem spaces, and bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of the design process- You're a strong facilitator who enjoys collaborating across lots of different functions- You think at a systems level and can translate complexity into intuitive experiences and considers every facet of the user journey- Proven track record of leading highly cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment- Expert interpersonal and communication skills- Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; SQL is a plus
