Employment type: Indefinite term contract
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST
- Work setup: Onsite in Bogotá and Medellin

- Handle escalated calls regarding the legal process
- Provide outstanding customer service and guidance without giving legal advice
- Review client banking accounts to determine necessary funds for settlement and payment of company fees
- Contact attorney offices to negotiate on clients' behalf for reduced settlements to avoid account judgments, garnishments, or liens
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding offers and settlements
- Cooperate with peers in the attorney liaisons department
- Confirm important file dates and/or due dates to avoid missed deadlines
- Be proficient in CRM usage
