**Point Sales Support Lead / Supervisor PVE Zona Medellin-Antioquia
**Introducción**:
Desarrollar la gestión comercial de los vendedores para alinearlos a las estrategias de la compañía en el canal a cargo.
**Acerca del rol**:
Lidera la gestión comercial del equipo a cargo, enfocado hacia la ejecución en campo, gestionando los fundamentales de la venta tales como: distribución numérica, portafolio, referencias claves, presupuesto del vendedor, visibilidad en el punto de venta en los canales asignados a sus responsabilidades en la zona de Medellín y demás poblaciones asignadas.
**¿Qué harás?**:
- Definir el plan de acción comercial de cada vendedor especializado de acuerdo con sus oportunidades y hacer seguimiento a su gestión.
- Acompañar en campo las fuerzas de ventas tercerizadas, identificando fortalezas y oportunidades de mejora (conocimiento de producto, manejo de objeciones) para garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores.
- Seguimiento al comportamiento de los indicadores de la venta del equipo.
- Presentación del Portafolio objetivo por Clúster del PDV - Manejo y colocación POP en el PDV.
- Seguimiento al presupuesto Sell Out.
- Seguimiento a las activaciones de productos claves.
- Seguimiento a planes o actividades puntuales de ventas y de las marcas.
- Seguimiento a las actividades de la competencia haciendo uso de las herramientas para la recolección de la información. Retroalimentar constantemente al jefe inmediato de lo evidenciado en campo.
**¿A quién buscamos?**:
- Tecnólogo o profesional, con interés en seguir creciendo y desarrollándose profesional y académicamente.
- Con una experiência mínima de dos (2) años ideal en compañías de consumo masivo, en el manejo del canal Tradicional o de Supermercados.
- Conocimiento y experiência de la zona: Medellín y Antioquia.
- Habituado a la presentación de informes y análisis de información para generar seguimiento a los indicadores.
- Manejo de Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, gráficos, etc.).
