**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
- Collaborates across the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures that are leveraged to respond to employee and manager questions, ensures transactions are processed accurately and human resource programs and processes are administered effectively and efficiently.
- Partner with AskHR, background check vendor and Compliance throughout the hiring process to resolve issues related to the pre-employment checks.
- Continually provide input on process improvement efforts to develop and implement more efficient administrative systems and procedures.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, HR processes, customer service or related areas.
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Fluent English level.
- Able to work effectively with people at all management levels.
- Able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks.
- Experience in handling sensitive/confidential information.
- Self-motivated, ability to problem solve, and bring issues to resolution quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience in working within a recruiting/talent acquisition function.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Knowledge in Workday, Taleo, ServiceNow, D2 or related is a plus.
