- Tus retos dentro del rol serán:_
- Crear y mantener la estrategia de endomarketing.
- Administrar y soportar iniciativas creativas de marketing y endomarketing de múltiples frentes mediante el uso de mecanismos de entrega que incluyen, entre otros: correo directo, envío masivo de correos electrónicos, estructuras de llamadas, webcasts, eventos en persona, estructuras de establecimiento de citas y otras actividades.
- Otras piezas creativas que promueven la empresa o apoyan a los miembros del equipo.
- Trabaja con paquetes de software de gráficos para diseñar, desarrollar, producir y actualizar material publicitario para respaldar las iniciativas corporativas

**Perfil**:Profesional en Comunicación, Publicidad o afines con experiência en comunicación estratégica y
**endomarketing.**

**Habilidades requeridas**:

- Experiência de 3 a 4 años en marketing y endomarketing
- Altas habilidades en comunicación oral, escrita (experiência en redacción)
- Manejo de Office (Excel, Word y PowerPoint) y la suite de Adobe (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design)
- Deseable buen nível de inglés
