Working as a vital member of the Project Execution team, you will be assisting project managers to coordinate and execute projects and effectively communicating appropriate project information and customer feedback to internal project stakeholders. In this role you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Analyzing planned versus actual performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager.
- Gathering technical details, costs and deliverables for sales proposals and project reviews.
- Updating project cost adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in relevant Project Controls systems.
- Monitoring, controlling, and releasing requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager.
- Controlling project documentation accuracy and consistency, in line with procedures.
- Follow-up and management of supply purchase orders.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related careers.
- 4-5 years of experience in the management of services and purchases for projects.
- Knowledge in digital tools management (Sharepoint, Onedrive, Office) and SAP.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Intermediate English level.
