Job Title: Systems Architect

Job Summary: As a Systems Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and secure information systems that meet the strategic and operational needs of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders, to architect and optimize complex systems that support our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of system design principles, infrastructure technologies, and emerging trends in the field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and develop system architectures that align with business goals and support scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and risk assessments to evaluate potential solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and infrastructure technologies to meet system requirements.
- Define system specifications and interface requirements for software developers and infrastructure engineers.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, including system diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and industry best practices in system design and implementation.
- Perform system performance analysis and optimization to improve overall system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical guidance and support to resolve them.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on the organization's systems.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Systems Architect or a similar role, with a track record of designing and implementing complex systems.
- In-depth knowledge of system design principles, including scalability, performance, and security.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, such as cloud computing, virtualization, networking, and storage.
- Proficiency in system modeling and design tools, such as UML, BPMN, or similar.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF or Zachman, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and programming languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Certifications in relevant areas, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are a plus.

Pay: $4,926,900 - $5,374,800 per year
