**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance. MBA highly desirable.
- Very strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to juggle a multi-faceted job with tight deadlines.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders in order to accomplish team goals.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a continuously changing ambiguous environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in Business Operations, Planning & Analysis highly desirable
- 1+ year relevant business / data analysis experience
**Responsabilities**
- Identifies opportunities to improve on existing processes and business practices;
- Drive policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization’s operational and financial business objectives;
- Work directly with country managers and region´s leaders
- Embrace and assist in clarifying murky business problems and plans;
- Continually scan the landscape for innovative new ways to solve problems that have not been addressed by the business, outside the box thinking, becoming a thought leader with respect to innovative to achieve overall success of business
