**GBS Fraud Analyst**
This position monitors, measures and communicates fraud exposure and potential risks to minimize fraud through investigating suspicious use of UPS products, processes and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers when fraud is committed by blocking id's, canceling accts, helping them clear errors to process shipments. Communicate with customer that have been scammed by fraudsters. Communicate with team leaders and specialists when problems need resolution.
- Assist customers with errors they are experiencing. Determining whether there has been fraudulent activity attached to their accounts by utilizing our various systems to access information pertaining to them or their individual accounts. Providing assistance to customers that have been involved in scams to assist them to understand our procedures and help them resolve their issues after validation of that individual. Communicating with coworkers, specialists and supervisors if needed to further authorize specific situations.
**Requirements**:
- Hybrid Work Monday to Friday 7-5 (47H week)
- Education in: administrative programs, business administration, administrative engineering, among other related.
- English Proficiency Writing and Speaking (Intermediate - Advance)
- Grade 8
