Supply Planning for ARDx's Argentina and Colombia markets to track core customer orders
Responsible for the Order Escalation and Order Fulfillment Process
Responsible for the management of Turn Around Time at S&OP (from order confirmation to availability for pickup)
Responsible for supporting the Collaborative Planning Process with Key Distributors
NPI & SKU Support Product Rationalization & Customization
Inventory Management, Backorder & OTIF for Argentina & Colombia
Implement, control and standardize KPIs/scorecards focused on demand and supply planning and inventory management

Knowledge, Experience and Education_**:
Education: Bachelor's degree

Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed**: 6 years**

Other qualifications/certifications: Advance Excel and English

Major Accountabilities % of Time
1. Supply Planning and Order Fulfillment process 75%
2. Support Medical Affairs, Commercial, MKT, RA and QA with NPI process 15%
3. Maintenance of LatAm KPIs 10%
