**Distribution Leader**

**TU OBJETIVO SERÁ**:
Gerenciar el crecimiento y desarrollo de DL, fundamentado en las ventas de los diferentes productos de almacenamiento y distribución, especialmente[CS(C1] focalizado en distribución, Ecommerce y última milla, asegurando que se logren los objetivos de revenue, hunting de cuentas nuevas, participación en licitaciones de posibles clientes, incrementar el pipeline y el hit ratio del producto; así como mantener los estándares de servicio de acuerdo con las metas y objetivos de la compañía.
**TUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Desarrollar clientes nuevos y buscar nuevas oportunidades del negocio para IWS.
- Dirigir el proceso de ingreso de clientes nuevos: Identificación de sites / sectores que requieren nuevos clientes, búsqueda de clientes, contacto con el cliente y envío de ofertas customizadas.
- Garantizar márgenes óptimos en la propuesta de valor, siendo competitivos y permitiendo márgenes sostenibles para la organización.
- Asegurar un servicio de alta calidad a los clientes
- Mantener y desarrollar la cartera actual de los clientes
- Asegurar la realización de la encuesta a los clientes y establecer planes de acción basado en los resultados
- Trabajar en conjunto con las áreas de operaciones e Ingeniería para asegurar que todos los parámetros operativos como recursos, productividades, dimensionamientos etc. están correctamente tomados en cuenta en nuevas ofertas
- Manejar (cuando aplique) la comunicación directa con el cliente respeto al producto, novedades, quejas y otros requerimientos.
- Generar junto con su jefe inmediato soluciones logísticas a los clientes potenciales y existentes.
- Velar por la satisfacción de los clientes y el cumplimiento del nível de servicio.
- Generar en conjunto con los Site Manager y/o áreas conexas, los planes de acción que se deriven de la encuesta a clientes y realizar seguimiento e implementación de los mismos.
- Manejar, orientar y desarrollar el personal a cargo
- Desarrollar planes que permitan fomentar la integración, liderazgo y motivación entre el equipo de trabajadores
- Dar retroalimentación (Uno a Uno) y evaluar al personal mediante la herramienta de desempeño
- Solicitar y gestionar acciones de personal (Vacaciones, amonestaciones, suspensiones, contrataciones, bonificaciones, despidos, accesos).
- Apoyar los programas de reconocimiento e incentivar la participación del personal a su cargo.
- Apoyar al Head of IWS en la elaboración del presupuesto anual y reforecast.
- Asegurar que las cotizaciones cumplen con los indicadores financieros requerido por IWS y DPDHL
- Analizar y monitorear mensualmente las rentabilidades por cuenta y condiciones comerciales acordadas en los contratos.
- Análisis de los estados financieros y ocupación por cada site / sector para identificar los sectores que requieren nuevos clientes.
- Otros que el Jefe determine convenientes según la operación y necesidades del cliente
- Identificar y notificar a su jefe inmediato oportunidades de mejora provenientes de dificultades presentadas en la ejecución de su trabajo**.**
**EXPERIENCIA, FORMACIÓN COMPETENCIAS REQUERIDAS**
- Formación académica: Profesional universitario Comercio Internacional, Ingeniería Industrial y/o Administración de Negocios, Mercadeo, Ventas.
- Manejo Avanzado de office, Excel avanzado.
- Dominio del idioma inglés.
- Deseable especialización y/o maestría en administración de negocios, mercadeo, gerencia logística, supply chain.
