**Purpose**

The International Wealth Management (IWM) team is committed to delivering comprehensive wealth and asset management solutions to our clients. We are in the process of further expanding to additional new geographies. In support of this growth, we are looking for a Release Management Associate (L6) to support delivery team with strategic execution of operative tasks, coordinate external technical requests and help us be complying on software currency and/or vulnerabilities resolution.

**Accountabilities**
- Strategic/Tactic execution of non-dev work as part of the Delivery Process to deploy high quality solutions to the business.
- Compile information, summarize it and document processes including their current operative tasks (description, owner, definition of done) to guarantee best execution times without starting over every time they are required.
- Generate reports and support the tracking of requests in ServiceNow. Provide suggestions to improve visibility.
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Ensure that Wealth+ Delivery Team deliverables meet standards for reliability, scalability, performance, and availability and align with the Bank’s Technology roadmap.
- Conduct technical release planning sessions that involve multiple teams delivering changes to Production.
- Owns the release management process, works closely with other engineering departments on production releases and facilitates resolution on impacts on various projects/enhancements.
- Effectively communicate release status and appropriately escalate impediments/risks.
- Coordinate planned and unplanned production implementation.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by information sharing and team cooperation.

**Education / Experience / Relevant Information**

**Must have**
- You have 1+ years of experience involved in operative tasks execution in an IT organization / banking / financial industry experience. You are familiar with Network concepts, Cloud solutions, SDLC involving Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- Knowledge of documentation in Confluence.
- Experience in Release Management including Change Requests (using ServiceNow or similar tool), Risk Assessments, Post Implementation Reviews.
- Experience leading sessions with different teams that make part of the delivery process to be able to complete Change Requests.
- Self-learner and open to continue improving while receiving mentoring and guidance from team leads including Development, Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.

**Nice to have**:

- Ideally, you have an Engineering or Computer Science degree, and pride yourself on analysis, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Working experience in ServiceNow.
- Experience working in Agile teams.

**Soft skill**:

- Ready to take ownership of the tasks assigned.
- Good communication, keeping team informed.

**Language fluency in English and Spanish**
- You are excellent in written and spoken English to clearly communicate complex issues (B1).
